  • How do I create an account?

    You can register your business for an account to trade with GCP via our online store. To create an account click on the 'Register' button on our homepage. We aim to process onine registrations within 24 - 48 hours.

  • I forgot my password. What should I do?

    Navigate to the login page by clicking the 'Log in' button on our homepage.


    When you are prompted for your email and password, you can click the 'Forgot Password' link to submit your email associated with your account and we will help you with a return email. 

  • I already have an account with GCP, do I need to register for online shopping?

    Yes, if you would like to place an order online, you will need to register for an online account.

  • What is the minimum I can order?

    This will depend on the product you are ordering. The minimum is normally one carton/pack/bundle of a product. However, minimum runs may apply to items/colours not normally stocked.

  • I can't find a product.

    If you are having trouble finding a product, please don't hesitate to contact the customer service team or leave a comment on your order and they will assist you when your order is received.

  • I have placed my order, what happens next?

    Your local GCP branch will receive your order and process it for delivery or collection. If there are any issues they will let you know asap.

  • Can I see stock levels online?

    No, stock levels are not available online. If you order an item that is out of stock, the customer service team will contact you regarding this.

  • Can I change my order?

    If you would like to change an order you have placed online, please contact your local branch who will be able to assist you.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery varies depending on where you are located and the size of your order. If you would like to know an approximate delivery cost, please contact the customer service team or leave a comment on your order and you will be contacted before the order is processed.
