Garden City Plastics accepts payments through cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, SANA Pay and electronic funds transfer (EFT). Payment details and transactions are securely processed, and Garden City Plastics does not store any sensitive payment information.

Customers who arrange, nominate or use their own freight services do so at their own risk. Garden City Plastics bear no responsibility for charges or damage incurred as a result.

9. Refunds and Returns

Garden City Plastics will not recognise any claim for a refund or return after 14 days from the date of the invoice. Consideration for eligibility for a refund requires goods and packaging to be in the same condition they were supplied in. Please contact your local branch for details on how to initiate a return or seek a refund.
