Ezi-action® Safety Straps are a unique feature of Ezi-action® Drum pumps designed to deter access by unauthorised users. A red safety strap is supplied with the Ezi-action® Drum pumps. Alternative colours can be fitted to enable the Ezi-action® Drum pumps to be kept in their correct zone or used for dispensing a specific chemical. Colour differentiation makes chemical handling safer.
Colours available are: Blue, Yellow, Green, Orange, Purple, White.
To Change a Safety Strap:
• Unlock the red safety strap supplied with the pump.
o To unlock a safety strap, simply squeeze the strap with one hand along the Ball Handle mid-line and while squeezing lift the strap and pull away.

• Partially unscrew the pump head cap, remove the red safety strap and replace with a different coloured safety strap.
• Tighten securely.
